Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US and Canada Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, along with hands-on experience in both implementation and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday Payroll SME for US and Canada payroll processes
• Lead and manage Workday Payroll implementation and testing workstreams
• Design and deploy payroll service delivery models
• Provide functional expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and best practices
• Create process documentation, SOPs, and implementation guidelines
• Provide consultation on optimizing Workday Payroll solutions
• Support post-production activities and troubleshoot payroll-related issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Workday Payroll (US & Canada)
• Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence
• Experience in Workday implementation and post-production support
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and consulting
• Experience in test planning and test management
• Familiarity with test automation tools (Tosca preferred)
• Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of Workday implementation methodologies (Traditional & Launch)

Experience Required

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll environments
• Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementation and support

• Global payroll experience
• Strong HR process understanding
• Experience in project estimation and planning
