Job SummaryAs the Sr. Principal IT Product Manager for AI Solutions G&A, you will be at the forefront of identifying significant opportunities and driving the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps for our business. You will operate with wide latitude on critical, leading-edge issues, inventing new ways to incorporate AI into our G&A functions. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing path-breaking solutions that accelerate the journey from concept to large-scale deployment, enabling an aspirational AI-centric business vision across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion a bold, AI-first product vision and strategic roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform, ensuring alignment with broader organizational business strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to G&A business leaders (Finance, HR, Legal), identifying high-impact AI opportunities and cultivating deep insight into internal customer needs.
- Champion an outcome-driven approach by defining clear success criteria and metrics that measure business value, efficiency, and impact.
- Identify complex problems, critically review data to determine root causes, and provide multiple, practical solutions to achieve challenging goals.
- Apply deep expertise in AI, MLOps, LLMs, and Generative AI to identify the right platform technologies and capabilities for enabling impactful use cases.
- Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a relentless focus on delivering business value and results.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with cross-functional teams, addressing competing priorities and motivating change through effective communication and influence.
- Deliver impactful technical presentations and author clear documentation to articulate platform strategy, value proposition, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a significant 3-5 years of G&A domain-specific experience launching and scaling enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Proven success in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization and post-launch execution with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical background in AI/ML, including LLMs, Generative AI concepts, MLOps principles, and their practical application.
- Extensive experience leading broad, cross-functional teams to define product vision and guide projects through key milestones in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A proven track record of using AI to transform G&A functions such as Finance, HR, or Legal.
- Experience in identifying and prioritizing AI solutions that drive financial ROI and operational efficiency in a corporate G&A environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with non-technical G&A stakeholders to co-create AI solutions.
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with a strong curiosity that fuels continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI and enterprise technology landscape.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
