Gen AI Lead

Position: Gen AI Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC or Alpharetta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a hands-on full-stack engineer building and integrating enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Integrate solutions with CI/CD pipelines, repositories, APIs, and enterprise SDLC workflows.
• Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and scale GenAI solutions.
• Develop reusable playbooks and best practices for enterprise-wide GenAI adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Identify adoption gaps and drive improvements in efficiency and scalability.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, React/Angular, and TypeScript.
• Distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• API design and integration.
• CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling ecosystems.
• Cloud technologies, preferably OpenShift (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform.

GenAI / LLM Expertise:

• Prompt Engineering
• RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Agent-based workflows and tool usage
• Multi-agent architectures
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations
• Agentic systems, including orchestration, tool chaining, and autonomous decision-driven workflows

Preferred:

• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional and LOB teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with enterprise governance and compliance.
• Passion for driving GenAI adoption and improving developer productivity.
