Seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in Platform Infrastructure, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Automation, Capacity Planning, Platform Operations & Governance, Vendor Management, Risk & Release Management, and stakeholder leadership to drive large-scale infrastructure transformation and cloud modernization programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of platform infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. Drive cloud infrastructure, data centre modernization, platform engineering, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
Manage roadmap, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning for multiple concurrent programs. Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, DevOps, security, networking, and application teams to ensure seamless execution.
Establish governance frameworks, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and program review mechanisms. Drive infrastructure reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
Partner with SRE and operations teams to improve platform stability and operational efficiency. Oversee vendor engagements, managed service partners, and third-party technology providers.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements. Support infrastructure automation, CI/CD adoption, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform standardization efforts.
Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making across stakeholders. Track and communicate program status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory skills
10+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Technical Program Management. Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure or cloud transformation programs.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), networking, compute, storage, and security. Experience working with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Operations, and Engineering teams.
Strong project/program management skills with expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery models. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional global teams. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Cloud certifications. Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability platforms.
Exposure to platform engineering, self-service infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures. Experience driving large-scale infrastructure modernization and operational transformation programs.
Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs
Ability to: Define architectural intent that agents can follow Break features into agent executable tasks Govern AI autonomy (guardrails, permissions, reviews) Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines
Experience supervising AI agents across: Multi service systems Legacy modernization Large codebases / monorepos Strong understanding of: Security implications of autonomous code execution Compliance, auditability, and traceability AI assisted SDLC operating models
Core Responsibility: Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code
Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows
Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents
Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt
