Role: Technical Business Analyst – Eagle STAR / PACE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE within an Asset Management/Middle Office environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting data management, performance reporting, system enhancements, and investment operations while leveraging strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, data mapping documents, and process flows.
Support Eagle STAR performance reporting and Eagle PACE data management.
Perform Oracle SQL-based data analysis and reconciliation.
Validate pricing, positions, corporate actions, benchmark, and reference data.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, and Performance teams.
Create and execute SIT/UAT test cases and support production releases.
Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and Eagle vendor support teams.
Analyze production issues, perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Analysis experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
Strong Oracle SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with the Eagle data model and Asset Management workflows.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE.
Strong understanding of Middle Office operations, performance measurement, NAV validation, and portfolio reconciliation.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
FactSet or Bloomberg experience.
Eagle Accounting knowledge.
Performance attribution experience.
Data migration or transformation projects.
Hedge Fund or Asset Management industry experience.
