Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules and experience building scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and integrations
• Support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM
• Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems
• Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, and production support
• Create reports, dashboards, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM
• Experience with CMDB, workflows, scripting, and integrations
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
