Senior Contracts Manager Procurement

12-Month Contract

100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support a large higher education system
by managing a high volume of procurement contracts and negotiations.
This role sits within Procurement (not Legal) and focuses on driving contracts from
redline to execution while partnering closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Review, redline, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and SOWs
Negotiate commercial and risk terms (liability, indemnification, insurance, data
security)
Support procurement teams and constituent institutions
Ensure compliance with public-sector procurement requirements
Requirements
8+ years of experience in contract management or procurement contracting
Proven experience managing high-volume contract negotiations
Experience in higher education, government, or regulated environments
