JD:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Modeler / Data Engineer (Lead Level) with deep expertise in SQL, Python, and modern cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex, fragmented datasets into highquality analytical models that support business reporting and decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Analytical Data Modelling: Design and build clean, highperformance data models by transforming raw and unstructured data from MongoDB and PostgreSQL into optimized, analyticsready tables.
• Data Engineering & Development: Work extensively with SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL to develop scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows.
• Data Integration: Integrate datasets from diverse environments, ensuring seamless ingestion, harmonization, and modelling of data originating from both SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: Handle sensitive and regulated datasets in environments requiring GDPR and SOC2 compliance. Implement strong MDM, maintain data lineage, and uphold best practices in data governance.
• AIDriven Optimization: Leverage AI/LLM tools within the development lifecycle to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize system performance.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

• Expertlevel proficiency in SQL and Python
• Handson experience with Snowflake, dbt, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to convert raw, multisource data into highquality analytical assets
• Strong understanding of governance, privacy frameworks, and sensitive data controls
• Capability to apply AIpowered tools to improve development workflows
