Summary

Role Summary

SAP APM Consultant responsible for handling commission and incentive management for insurance agents and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Works closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate system functionality and successful implementation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage commission & incentive plans
Handle agent, policy, premium, and commission data
Lead UAT testing (test cases, execution, defect tracking)
Validate commission calculations and payouts
Conduct client meetings, demos, and technical discussions
Support SAP APM implementation and solution design

🔹 Required Skills

SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APM)
Commission & incentive calculation knowledge
UAT / Testing experience
Basic SQL & Advanced Excel
Knowledge of:
- Producer Management
- Compensation & Performance
- Agent Connection
