- Own end-to-end project management for the EMS Platform Onboarding Development program, coordinating across engineering workstreams
- Manage and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) including sprint planning, backlog management, work item structuring, and progress reporting across concurrent development workstreams
- Drive Agile sprint cycles for Azure cloud development while building and maintaining a Waterfall project structure for broader program milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate across engineering teams developing a smart energy platform that integrates with Ignition as the middleware layer between cloud infrastructure and on-site data center devices
- Manage timelines and dependencies across cloud development, controls integration and systems architecture coordinating between development teams and field facing stakeholders to keep onboarding delivery on track.
- Technical background required in industrial controls systems experience with any major platform (Ignition, Wonderware, Aveva, Rockwell, Siemens, GE, or equivalent) is applicable
- General familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and controls engineering as it relates to data center infrastructure enough to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand cross-discipline dependencies
- Comfortable navigating both OT (Operational Technology) and cloud/IT environments and understanding where risks and dependencies live across those layer
