Job Description ::

Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate with PSCD Leadership and key stakeholders to implement deliverables supporting the Enterprise & Technology Security organization

Apply proper security & data privacy measures to protect data

Contribute to architectural, design, test, and support discussions

Be a key member of a ServiceNow development team delivering features using script includes, business rules, workflows, ACLs, and other core platform elements

Integrate with secure & highly available back-end systems using REST APIs

Grow and adapt to current technology and design standards to create modern, effective, and efficient systems

Required Skills:

Core ServiceNow development (Script Includes, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.) (3 years)
OR
JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (3 years)

Service integration with back-end systems via REST APIs (2 years)

Agile development (3 years)

Preferred Skills:

General ServiceNow Development (required skillset + Update Sets, Transform Maps, Flows, Scripted REST APIs) (4 years)

JavaScript development (server-side and client-side experience) (4 years)

Service Portal (2 years)

ServiceNow MID Servers (2+ years)

Education Requirements:

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree
