Operating across 22 countries, Mobility Global is strengthening commercial discipline and governance across its technology supplier ecosystem.
The
Head of Technology Sourcing will lead sourcing strategy and commercial negotiations across all technology categories, including networking, infrastructure, cloud services, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and managed services.
Reporting to Global Head of Procurement, this role serves as the primary procurement partner to Technology leadership (Infrastructure, Networking, InfoSec, and Cyber) and is responsible for driving cost optimization, mitigating contractual risk, strengthening vendor governance, and ensuring financial transparency across technology spend. The role oversees the Technology Supplier Management Analyst and owns enterprise-wide technology sourcing strategy.
Responsibility and Impact: Technology Category Strategy & Ownership - Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing strategy for all technology categories.
- Partner with Technology leadership to align sourcing plans with product roadmaps and infrastructure strategy.
- Establish multi-year category strategies and vendor consolidation plans.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, rationalization, and cost optimization.
Strategic Negotiations & Commercial Leadership - Lead complex negotiations for:
- SaaS and subscription agreements
- Cloud consumption and infrastructure contracts
- Cybersecurity platforms and services
- Networking and telecommunications providers
- Managed services agreements
- Structure favorable commercial terms including pricing protections, benchmarking clauses, renewal safeguards, and termination rights.
- Mitigate auto-renewal exposure and escalation risk.
- Partner with Legal and Risk teams to ensure appropriate data security, cyber, and compliance protections.
Financial & Spend Optimization - Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and spend optimization initiatives.
- Analyze licensing usage, cloud consumption trends, and vendor pricing models.
- Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Finance and Technology.
- Track and report savings, cost avoidance, and value-creation metrics.
Supplier Governance & Performance Oversight - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic technology vendors.
- Monitor service-level performance and vendor accountability.
- Escalate material vendor performance or risk issues to executive stakeholders.
- Strengthen operational oversight of key suppliers.
Risk & Security Alignment - Partner with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure vendor security posture aligns with company standards.
- Ensure contractual protections for data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
- Support coordination of third-party risk reviews and remediation efforts.
Procurement Systems & Governance Integration - Embed technology sourcing workflows within Coupa.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval controls.
- Maintain accurate contract metadata, renewal calendars, and financial visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement of sourcing and vendor governance processes.
Team Leadership - Lead and mentor the Technology Supplier Management Analyst.
- Establish performance expectations and development plans.
- Promote strong collaboration between Technology and Procurement functions.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,236 to $201,358 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or technology procurement.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity agreements.
- Strong financial acumen and cost modeling capability.
- Experience partnering with senior Technology and Finance leaders.
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated company.
- Familiarity with cloud consumption billing models and software licensing structures.
- Experience working within Coupa or similar P2P systems.
- Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) processes.
