Job Summary: Bridge Research Clerk

Role: Research Analyst (6-month project)

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Audit: Conduct deep-dive research into "As-Built" records and state archives to complete missing bridge files.
• Digitization: Convert hard-copy documents and legacy TIF files into indexed, high-quality PDFs.
• Data Management: Utilize state business systems to interweave data and maintain a daily log of file completions.
• Reporting: Document anomalies and provide written justifications for any incomplete files after exhaustive research.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in file auditing, research, and digital organization.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with file conversion processes.
• Competencies: Logical thinker with strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Logistics: Must reside in Indianapolis.
