Your role As a Mechanical Assembler, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in manufacturing products according to detailed specifications and schedules. You will
- Assemble and disassemble compressors, blowers, and related equipment using hand tools, power tools, cranes, and fork trucks.
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly work, including motor/compressor alignment, electrical box assembly, and system installation.
- Install and connect instrument wiring, electrical components, and oil/water piping by following assembly and wiring drawings.
- Conduct hydrostatic testing and other verification steps to ensure equipment meets quality and operational standards.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures, maintaining compliance with OSHA requirements and contributing to a safe work environment.
- Work second shift: Monday through Thursday 3:00pm to 1:30am EST.

You have one year of training in the Electrical or Mechanical field or two years of equivalent experience.
- a High School Certificate of Graduation
- able to read and understand assembly and wiring drawings
- experience with common hand and pneumatic tools
- certification to use cranes and fork trucks
