Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in enterprise infrastructure project management.
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and PPM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Experience with SDLC Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile project delivery frameworks.
Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure deployments and technology migrations.
Experience with project governance, technical change control, and financial cost forecasting.
Experience in leading matrixed technical teams and managing external vendor deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of infrastructure initiatives from initiation through operational transition.
Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets utilizing enterprise PPM software and MS Project.
Execute technical change control processes and deliver executive-level status reporting.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure traceability and testing integrity across deployments.
Identify and mitigate technical project risks, dependencies, and issues using RAID logs.
Facilitate technical discussions between business stakeholders, IT engineers, and external vendors.
Promote project management office standards and organizational change management principles.
