Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Technology Leader with strong strategic and execution experience across all major technology domains, including identity, messaging, end-user devices, applications, CRM, and digital workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic program owner to define and shape the end-to-end technology integration blueprint.

• Build and manage detailed integration plans including milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Establish governance structures and drive execution through close-out of key deliverables.

• Partner collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders.

• Work closely with senior technology leadership and report into a central Integration team to deliver change effectively and at pace.

• Operate effectively across two environments while ensuring compliance and maintaining a seamless employee user experience during planning and execution.

• Prioritize activities aligned with divisional strategic business objectives.

• Liaise with technology domain owners to lead successful discovery, planning, and execution across all service areas (e.g., Digital Workplace Services, Identity, Infrastructure, Applications, etc.).
