Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, SharePoint Migration, Exchange Migration, and Endpoint Deployment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end infrastructure and modern workplace projects, coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business users to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects involving Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 (W365/Cloud PC).
  • Manage planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate SharePoint migration projects, including assessment, planning, data migration, validation, and user transition.
  • Manage Exchange/Email migration initiatives, including migration planning, scheduling, cutover, testing, and post-migration support.
  • Lead endpoint deployment projects covering laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and corporate endpoints.
  • Coordinate deployment of endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Work with infrastructure, cloud, security, network, EUC, and application teams to resolve technical dependencies and project issues.
  • Manage AVD environments, including desktop provisioning, user access, application delivery, image management, and capacity considerations.
  • Support Windows 365 Cloud PC implementations, provisioning, configuration, user onboarding, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Coordinate vendors and third-party service providers throughout project execution.
  • Conduct project meetings, steering committee updates, technical working sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure migration and deployment activities follow organizational security, compliance, and change-management standards.
  • Plan and coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, rollback, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Track project budgets, resource utilization, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Required Skills
  • Strong Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • Hands-on project experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Experience with Windows 365 / Cloud PC implementations.
  • Strong experience managing SharePoint migrations.
  • Experience managing Exchange / Microsoft 365 migrations.
  • Experience with Endpoint Deployment / Modern Workplace projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager / Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience coordinating cloud, infrastructure, network, security, and EUC teams.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.

Experience
  • 8+ years of overall IT/infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AVD, Windows 365, SharePoint/Exchange migration, and endpoint deployment projects in enterprise environments.
