Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for defining testing strategy, leading QA teams, and ensuring high-quality releases for customer-facing telecom platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution for large enterprise applications
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple systems and teams
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure product quality
• Perform functional, API, integration, and regression testing
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and test metrics using tools like JIRA
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support CI/CD integration
• Mentor QA engineers and ensure best practices in testing processes

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong QA Lead / Test Lead experience managing teams
• Telecom / Cable domain experience is huge plus
• Hands-on with Selenium, Java/Python, API testing, CI/CD tools
• Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Git, and test management tools
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
