Summary

Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and AWS to build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will develop RESTful APIs, implement event-driven microservices, integrate Kafka-based messaging, and deploy applications on AWS. Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Agile development practices is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 11/17+)
Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, event streaming)
AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch
REST APIs, Git, Maven/Gradle
SQL/NoSQL databases
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills
