Summary:
In this role, you will facilitate cyber risk acceptance and awareness discussions with senior leadership and business stakeholders, translating complex technical risks into business-focused language for executive decision-making. You will maintain and manage the enterprise cyber risk register, conduct qualitative cyber risk assessments, and evaluate security control effectiveness. This position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide cyber risk management practices.
 
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate cyber risk discussions and risk acceptance meetings with leadership.
  • Perform qualitative risk assessments and analyze risk scenarios.
  • Maintain and update cyber risk registers and remediation tracking activities.
  • Evaluate control effectiveness and document risk treatment recommendations.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and risk dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, audit, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cyber risk program improvements and governance initiatives.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree and 5 years of experience in Cyber Risk, IT Risk, Information Security Risk, or related disciplines. Candidates without a degree must possess at least 7 years of directly relevant experience.
  • FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk)
  • ISO 27001
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • ServiceNow IRM or other GRC platforms
  • Cyber risk quantification methodologies
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $67.00 - $68.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
