Pay Rate: $55 - $60/hr
We have an immediate need for an IT Project Manager Scrum Master based in New York, NY 10017, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a leading financial services client. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in agile ecosystems and are passionate about driving delivery excellence across complex enterprise programs.
In this role, you will lead project execution by applying Agile and SAFe frameworks to modernize legacy systems, enhance sprint predictability, and accelerate time-to-market for both customer-facing and internal platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and IT objectives while driving metrics-based delivery and continuous improvement. The position requires strong facilitation skills, ownership of sprint ceremonies, and the ability to manage dependencies across teams while maintaining focus on operational efficiency and program success within large financial initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise along with deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe practices. Certification as a Scrum Master is essential, along with proven ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders effectively, and drive measurable outcomes. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are critical to succeed in this role, especially in navigating complex environments and ensuring seamless execution of project goals.
