Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and send DocuSign documents
- Send DocuSign mail merges
- Run and analyze reports using DocuSign Retrieve
- Admin for DocuSign to include: maintaining DocuSign users, create groups, and manage regional DocuSign account
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Manage and monitor shared mailboxes
- Onboard and train new hires on the team
- Manage client tickets, reports, roster uploads, HQ questions
- Create and work tickets as needed
- Ability and willingness to learn as well as provide excellent customer service
- Ability and willingness to train other team members and/or other subsidiaries
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Advanced DocuSign experience required: sending, mail merge, Retrieve, reporting.
- Previous experience with Workday.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Microsoft Excel vlookup and pivot table skills preferred.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle highly confidential requests and information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum one year of DocuSign experience required
- Bachelor s degree or 2 to 3 years of related experience required
