Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead with deep expertise in C# to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide a team of developers, drive technical decisions, and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C# and .NET frameworks (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality through best practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
Strong knowledge of:

.NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
REST APIs and microservices architecture
Entity Framework / ORM tools
SQL Server or other relational databases

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular/React is a plus).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
