Summary
Position: Lead Business Analyst with Insurance Domain
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months - Possibility of extension
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Insurance value chain specially from submission to policy issuance which includes quoting and binding.
- Knowledge of specialty products specially in Excess lines like Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
- Ability to facilitate and lead requirement gathering sessions
- Build relationship with key business stakeholders
- User story elaboration, Backlog refinement, Prioritization and act as a product owner
- Work with the development team to define and deliver the end to end feature
- Define the acceptance criteria for each story and work with QA team to test the features
- Provide first level operational support to business users/underwriters across various segments
- Monitor Teams channels for production issues and perform initial triage
- Fluent in AI prompt engineering and best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in creating user stories, business rules, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and team management.
