Summary

Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in managing ServiceNow implementations.

Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience in managing end-to-end IT service management projects, including system migrations and integrations.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.Familiarity with ITIL processes and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
