Senior Salesforce Architect – CRM/AMS

Location: Mostly Remote with Occasional travel to Chicago IL
Pay Rate: $70/hour on C2C ( All Inclusive )
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Interview: One virtual round

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce architecture, Fonteva, and integration/data architecture. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, improve platform integrity, reduce technical debt, and support implementation and modernization initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce and Fonteva solution architecture and technical design.
Design secure, scalable integrations and data flows across multiple systems.
Support membership management, renewals, dues, billing, payments, and related business processes.
Evaluate existing customizations and recommend solutions to reduce technical debt.
Support implementation, modernization, and migration initiatives.
Maintain architecture documentation and engineering standards.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, technical teams, and external vendors.
Communicate complex technical designs clearly to business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8+ years of overall professional experience.
5+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
Hands-on Fonteva exposure.
Strong integration and data architecture experience.
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Association, nonprofit, or healthcare industry experience.
Membership dues, billing, and payment processing experience.
Salesforce modernization and technical debt reduction experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect.
Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect.
Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect.

Technologies

Salesforce, Fonteva, Experience Cloud, Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar CI/CD tools, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

Additional Information

Potential conversion to a permanent position.
Seven-year background screening.
Candidates must demonstrate strong architecture ownership, integration expertise, and practical Fonteva experience.
