Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Operation Analysts to support the 777 Change Incorporation & Refurbishment (CI&R) team in Everett, Washington.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experienced levels, including Associate and Experienced Manufacturing Operation Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyze compliance data to identify gaps and areas of risk
  • Provide actionable feedback on assessment results to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Lead complex group work sessions utilizing advanced Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System (BPS)
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and plans that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements
  • Drive a culture of safety and compliance within the organization
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee awareness and engagement in compliance and safety practices
  • Work with leadership to establish safety and compliance metrics that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of safety protocols and compliance strategies to ensure ongoing effectiveness
  • Facilitate and lead initiatives that promote employee involvement in safety, compliance, and process improvement efforts


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
  • 1+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • 1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3 + years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production System
  • Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
