Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own UAT testing for wealth management, asset management, trust, and advisory systems
Demonstrate strong business process understanding across:

Account opening and servicing
Portfolio management and performance
Transactions, positions, balances, fees, and reporting

Translate business requirements, regulatory rules, and user workflows into effective UAT scenarios
Perform financial data quality validation across ETL pipelines, integrations, and data migrations
Build and execute automated data quality checks using Python and/or Java
Perform sourcetotarget reconciliation and migration validation
Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams during UAT
Present UAT status, risks, data quality issues, and golive readiness to business and leadership stakeholders
Support UAT signoff decisions by clearly articulating impact, risk, and mitigation options

Required Skills

Strong understanding of financial services / wealth management business models
Ability to quickly grasp business workflows, data dependencies, and downstream impacts
SDETlevel experience in backend and data testing
Proven experience with ETL, data migrations, and automated data validation
Handson development using Python and/or Java to build data testing frameworks
Advanced SQL for data analysis and reconciliation
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working directly with business users during UAT
Experience explaining data issues and risks in business terms
Background in wealth management firms, asset managers, or fintech platforms
