Job Title: SAP HCM OM/PA Consultant
Location: Harrisburg, PA (40% Travel)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM OM/PA Consultant to support configuration and implementation activities in an SAP S/4 environment. The consultant will work closely with HR and technical teams to design, configure, and support HR organizational structures and core personnel processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules.
- Design and implement HR organizational structures including organizational units, positions, and employee master data.
- Perform configuration of key HCM infotypes (such as 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, 0007, 0008, 0009, 0014, 0015, 1000, 1001).
- Support data loads and migrations using tools like LSMW and BDC.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and SAP Query development.
- Provide support for workflow basics and integration touchpoints with related HR modules such as Time Management and Payroll.
- Support validation and setup of HR structures required for broader system configuration and testing activities.
- Collaborate with project teams on system integration, replication, and data migration strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM OM and PA configuration and support.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM infotypes and HR organizational structures.
- Experience with LSMW, BDC, and SAP Query.
- Familiarity with HR module integrations (Time Management, Payroll).
- Basic knowledge of SAP workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to HR system integrations and migration strategies.
