Job Title: Sr. IAM Engineer

Location: Austin, TX, (Hybrid)

Position Type: Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem throughout the contract lifecycle.
Implement the architectural design of a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Build and manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle workflows.
Onboard enterprise applications through REST APIs.
Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
Deploy a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution with secure credential vaulting, automated password rotation, and just-in-time (JIT) provisioning.
Perform ongoing system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of IAM and PAM environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, connection failures, and system-related incidents.
Continue onboarding and integrating business applications into the enterprise identity platform.
Ensure the IAM environment remains reliable, scalable, and operational through continuous support and maintenance.
