Location: Mesa, AZ Times Microwave Systems
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Test Technician and play a key role in ensuring high-performance cable assemblies meet quality standards. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with electrical testing or cable/harness manufacturing experience looking to grow with a company that values precision, performance, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Test Technician Cable & Harness Assembly

Conduct electrical testing for completed cable assemblies
Perform calibrations as required
Execute in-process and final testing of cable assemblies
Troubleshoot electrical issues in production hardware
Create and manage test data sheets and reports
Support production by assisting with basic cable/harness assembly when needed

Qualifications Test Technician Cable & Harness Assembly

High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of experience in wire/cable harness manufacturing
Familiarity with electro-mechanical testing preferred
Prior experience using network analyzers strongly preferred
Strong math and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Work Environment

This role is onsite at the Mesa, AZ facility. You ll work in a collaborative environment with quality and production teams, contributing to mission-critical components used in demanding aerospace applications!
