Role - Project Manager with Media Experience

Location: Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (3 days a week WFO)

NOTE: We need generic Project Management candidate along with Media domain experience

 Job Description:

• Experience 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead stakeholder engagement scope and change management and schedule management for successful project delivery
•  Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals Oversee scope and change management processes to maintain project integrity and adapt to evolving requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Support benefits management initiatives to maximize project value realization
• Assist in project financial management by tracking budgets and expenditures
• Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk and crisis management strategies
• Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication channels
• Define and control project scope including handling change requests and impact assessments
• Create update and monitor detailed project schedules using appropriate tools
• Track project benefits and report on value realization to senior management
• Collaborate with finance teams to oversee project budgets and financial forecasts Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them
• Lead change management activities during project transitions
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project sponsors and leadership Mentor and guide junior project team members on project management practices
