job summary:

Joining the AI & Data - Data Management team, the SAP DMS Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Document Management Systems for the client. The mission is to design robust document structures and workflows that ensure seamless data integrity across the SAP landscape.

responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP DMS modules to support business document management requirements.
• Design and implement document structures, classification systems, and metadata schemas.
• Manage document versioning, change control, and approval workflows.
• Implement SAP BTP Document Management Service and integrate with MM, QM, PP, and EWM modules.
• Develop and maintain interfaces for document exchange using SAP PI/PO or CPI.
• Build reporting dashboards for quick document search and manage system troubleshooting (CPI, IDOC failures).

qualifications:

Document Management Systems (DMS) - 3-5+ years

SAP BTP Document Management Service - 3+ years

System Integration (CPI, PI/PO, or IDOCs) - 3+ years

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Data Quality Management

SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Outlook and CAD integration experience

Engineering Change Management processes
