We are currently hiring for a Senior DataStage / Databricks Developer for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas, TX for full time.

Role: Senior DataStage / Databricks Developer
Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid
Work Mode: Hybrid
Industry: Airline / Loyalty Systems

Key Requirements:

Deep domain expertise in Airline Loyalty systems
Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage, SQL, and PL/SQL
Experience developing and maintaining Databricks jobs for high-volume data processing
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and SQL
Experience migrating legacy ETL platforms such as SSIS, DataStage, Informatica, and MapReduce to modern Databricks/PySpark pipelines
Experience with Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and Medallion Architecture
Strong experience orchestrating end-to-end workflows using Azure Data Factory
Experience optimizing Spark jobs and developing scalable data pipelines
Strong Snowflake data modeling and data mart development experience
Experience integrating structured and semi-structured data
Knowledge of data quality, governance, monitoring, error handling, and scheduling
Experience with modern Databricks capabilities such as Lakeflow, Lakebridge, Lakeflow Connect, and Delta Live Tables (DLT)
