Job Title: MSPP Architect

Location:- Foster City, CA /Raleigh, NC (3 days office mandatory)
Overall 10+ years

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Deep understanding of data modelling, integration techniques, and API development.
Experience in designing and developing complex business applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: PL-400, PL-500, PL-600
Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document the overall architecture for Power Platform solutions, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security.
Design and develop complex Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Platform development.
Development and Implementation:
Lead the development team in building high-quality, efficient, and user-friendly Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Power Platform development and usage.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.
