Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Capital Markets, Azure Cloud, and Event-Driven Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions, driving architecture decisions across distributed systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and real-time event processing frameworks. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and enterprise architects to design innovative solutions aligned with business objectives and technology standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end solution architecture for Capital Markets applications and platforms.
Design scalable cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Architect and implement event-driven systems using Kafka and messaging/event processing patterns.
Define Microservices architecture, API strategy, service decomposition, and integration patterns.
Lead architecture discussions, technical reviews, and design governance.
Develop solution blueprints, HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps.
Drive application modernization and migration initiatives to cloud-native platforms.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, resiliency, and compliance requirements.
Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
Work closely with business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Experience Required:
12+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions.
Strong experience in Capital Markets or Banking domain.
