Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect with 13+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-powered solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect AI-driven applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop AI solution architectures aligned with business and technology goals.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications using APIs and microservices.
• Build intelligent automation solutions using NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and define solution roadmaps.
• Lead AI platform selection, deployment, and optimization.
• Ensure AI governance, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish AI best practices.
• Prepare architecture documents, solution diagrams, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 13+ years of IT experience, including AI solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and AI model deployment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
• Experience with AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Insurance domains.
