Job Location: Irvine, CA-(Remote with 50% Travel)

Job Description:

Client is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Talent Management Lead Consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for implementing the Talent Management solution. The selected candidate should be an expert in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications. The selected candidate will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will be documenting and preparing the configuration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years experience in IT.
  • 6+ years in HR technology with 3 5+ years on Oracle Fusion HCM Talent (any combination of Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession, Career Development; Learning if applicable).
  • Proven experience configuring performance templates, calibration, goal libraries, competency models, 9-box, successor pools, readiness rules.
  • Hands-on with HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, Fast Formulas (eligibility/ratings, if used), OTBI/BIP.
  • Understanding of security: job roles, duty roles, data security for Talent objects.
  • Comfortable with data loads/migrations for profiles/competencies/goals, and cycle set-up cloning.
  • At least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Talent implementation (preferably multi-country).
  • Proficient in fit gap analysis, BRD/MD50/FDD documentation, test planning, and cutover planning.
  • Solid grasp of HR CoE processes: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and career paths.
  • Understanding of change management, communication cadence, and adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management (HR leadership, HRBPs, business line leaders).
