An established global technology consulting organization is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer specializing in Observability & Monitoring to improve the reliability, visibility, and operational performance of large-scale production environments.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of enterprise observability practices, strengthen monitoring standards, and drive operational excellence across complex cloud-based platforms. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will leverage technologies such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and Azure monitoring services to enhance system resilience, streamline incident response, and support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience working within DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments, supporting highly available production systems with strong incident and service request management expertise.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring observability platforms including Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana, with a solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure monitoring technologies, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, alongside a strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and operational best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), operational metrics, and performance benchmarks to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Jira for incident management, ticket prioritization, escalation workflows, and operational reporting.
- Experience developing monitoring standards, audit documentation, and presenting operational trends and service metrics to technical and leadership stakeholders.
