Required Skills & Experience
5+ years writing production-level backend code
Experience with data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven systems
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
Proven track record of owning and shipping durable backend systems
Clear communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
Familiarity with statistical modeling or machine learning workflows
Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
Comfortable working across the stack when needed (e.g., contributing to UI)
Product-oriented mindset with attention to edge cases and user experience
