Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.

  • Build predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

  • Develop deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

  • Deploy ML models into production environments using APIs or microservices.

  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.

  • Work closely with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines.

  • Implement MLOps practices for model versioning and lifecycle management.

  • Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

  • Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment procedures.


Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and probability.

  • Experience with SQL and database systems.

  • Understanding of model evaluation techniques (precision, recall, ROC, F1).

  • Experience building REST APIs for model serving.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI).


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Transformers).

  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

  • Understanding of data governance and AI ethics.
