Location - Hybrid (minimum of 4 days a week in our Okemos/Farmington office). Will change to 4 days a week starting
on 7/6/2026.
Onsite Interview required (only one round directly with client)

Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.
A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.

Must Have Technical Skills:
· Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
· Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks
· Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
