Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to drive a greenfield deployment within an enterprise environment, catering to over 1,000 users across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, guiding the entire process from design through to post-deployment support. Your expertise will ensure seamless transitions during high-pressure cutover periods, while your ability to simplify complex configurations will be key in training end-users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead greenfield deployments for an enterprise VoIP environment, ensuring all aspects from design to post-deployment are managed effectively.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage the cutover process, coordinating activities to minimize disruption for end-users during the transition period.
Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct user education sessions to empower end-users with the necessary knowledge for system usage.
Analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues, ensuring solutions are implemented quickly to maintain system integrity.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP technologies in enterprise settings.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployment processes, ensuring successful cutover and stakeholder coordination.
Demonstrated skills in technical translation, effectively communicating complex system details to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong network troubleshooting skills, particularly in VoIP, SIP, and related technologies.
