We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Event Planner Liaison to join a high-energy team in Rockville, MD. Job Title: Event Planner Liaison

Location: Rockville, MD-Onsite

Duration: Longterm

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and venue operations
Drive new business through proactive outreach (20–30 daily calls to prospects and existing clients)
Manage the full event lifecycle: booking, planning, servicing, and follow-up
Coordinate venue, food & beverage, hotel room blocks, and ancillary services
Maintain accurate records and client communications within CRM systems
Represent the venue professionally in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

3–4+ years of experience in hospitality, including:
- Event Planning
- Catering Sales
- Hotel Sales
Experience representing a physical venue is required
Proven experience booking and servicing events (must be able to clearly explain your event management process)
Strong understanding of venue operations, food & beverage coordination, room blocks, and related services
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and experience working with a CRM system
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls daily

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred (not mandatory)
