Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Designer to join our growing engineering team in Tampa, FL. This entry-level position is ideal for entry level candidates or early-career professionals with 0-4 years of experience who are eager to gain hands-on design and engineering exposure in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, layouts, and schematics.
Prepare electrical drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
Support senior engineers in project planning, design coordination, and execution.
Perform load calculations, circuit design, and equipment selection.
Conduct site visits and field verifications as required.
Ensure compliance with NEC codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and architectural groups.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
0-4 years of relevant experience (internship/co-op experience accepted).
Strong understanding of electrical design principles and codes.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in power systems, lighting design, and low-voltage systems.
Exposure to commercial, industrial, or construction projects.
EIT certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must have revit experience
