Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Senior Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Salesforce platform development, customization, integration, and architecture. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a W2 basis and possess strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Apex, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Lead Salesforce development initiatives and provide technical guidance.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.

Required Skills

12+ years of overall IT experience.
8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Application/System Architect Certification.
Experience with MuleSoft integration.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud.

Employment Requirement

Must be willing to work on a W2 basis.
