Role Overview:

• The Duck Creek Senior Developer is responsible for designing developing and supporting Duck Creek based insurance solutions across Policy Billing and or Claims modules
• The role involves end-to-end delivery technical leadership and ensuring high-quality scalable solutions aligned with business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement Duck Creek solutions Policy Billing Claims to meet business requirements
• Perform configuration and customization using Duck Creek tools Author Studio Forms Rules Workflows
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical design and scalable solutions
• Lead complex development activities including integrations enhancements and system upgrades
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs and middleware
• Perform unit testing integration testing and support system validation
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Collaborate with business analyst’s architects QA and stakeholders for delivery excellence
• Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning reviews retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 - 10 years of IT experience with 4 - 6 years in Duck Creek development
• Strong expertise in Duck Creek modules Policy Billing Claims
• Handson experience in
• Duck Creek Author Product Studio Express Server
• Configuration rules forms pages workflows manuscripts
• Proficiency in
• C NET SQL
• XML JSON XSLT
• JavaScript Web technologies expertise
• Experience with integrations RESTSOAP APIs middleware
• Strong understanding of insurance domain PC Claims lifecycle Policy administration
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Exposure to Duck Creek upgrades migration and SaaS OnDemand Active Delivery is preferred
