The sof t war e you support will include C# and .NET technologies, but your value will be in pushing the team for war d with AI-first sof t war e development and guiding the team's solutions to adapt as the customer's requirements evolve. Using C#, object-oriented programming, sof t war e architecture and design, you'll lead the development team to create cloud-native sof t war e in prototype and production configurations and develop robust code for novel applications in a fast-paced environment. You Have: - 5+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering for operational systems, including comprehending development lifecycles
- 3+ years of experience developing sof t war e architecture and implementing design
- 3+ years of experience leading projects as part of a small, dynamic team
- Experience with Agile met hodology, extreme programming, sof t war e engineering, product management, and sof t war e products
- Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Sof t war e Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have: - Experience developing with C# in Visual Studio or other object-oriented programming language
- Experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- Experience designing and interfacing with SQL databases, including MySQL
- Experience with unit testing
- Experience with prototyping and rapid development
- Knowledge of cryptographic and security algorithms
- Knowledge of the Space Force Global Positioning System
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Sof t war e Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
