Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong Java background who can understand the technical intricacies of Java-based applications and effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with Java development teams to understand application architecture, APIs, and integrations.
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
Participate in design discussions and provide functional insights.
Support testing, UAT, and production validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot-based applications.
Ability to understand code structure, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
