Summary

An IT/AV Engineer in this role is the person who makes sure all the company s technology runs smoothly, especially during important meetings and events. They support employees with their computers and systems, manage office and remote tech environments, and act as the go-to expert for video conferencing and conference room technology. A big part of the job is ensuring high-profile executive and board meetings happen without technical issues, handling everything from cameras and microphones to live-streamed company events. They also maintain equipment, solve problems quickly under pressure, and help employees understand and use technology effectively.

Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Own the performance of all conference room and executive meeting technology, proactively testing, troubleshooting signal flow, updating firmware, and ensuring Google Meet and Zoom Rooms run flawlessly.
  • Serve as the dedicated technical lead for high-visibility executive and board meetings, providing real-time, white-glove support and resolving issues instantly under pressure.
  • Oversee corporate AV systems end to end, including cameras, microphones, DSPs, network dependencies, and live event production for town halls and company broadcasts.
  • Handle advanced tier 2 and 3 IT support across Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, Okta, and device management, while maintaining documentation and hardware lifecycle tracking.

Top/Must have skills:

  • Must have Tech: Google Meet (Asus, Logitech Rally, Series One hardware), Zoom Rooms Administration, and basic understanding of AV signal flow (HDMI/USB/Audio DSP).
  • Comfort working in Google Admin Console and Zoom Dashboard
  • Strong Windows/Mac troubleshooting (Google Workspace, Okta, MDM)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • A/V integration/equipment expertise in new office builds.
  • Experience with booking systems like Envoy
  • Frequent user of social media able to troubleshoot uploading content to Youtube/Instagram - marketing background a huge plus

Tech Stack/Environment: Windows and macOS environments, Google Workspace and Zoom Rooms (with Google Admin Console and Zoom Dashboard), enterprise AV hardware such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, and Dante-enabled systems, along with Okta, MDM solutions, and network infrastructure supporting HDMI, USB-C, and VLAN-based connectivity.
